Mother of the Lady gruesomely murdered by Amba boys in Muyuka Reveals how the sad event unfolded (WATCH VIDEO)
On Saturday, 15th of August, 2020, the Senior Divisional Officer (SDO) for Fako Division in the South West region; Emmanuel Ledoux Engama visited the family of the lady who was mercilessly beaten and beheaded by a group of Amba boys in Muyuka.
The objective of the visit was to extend the condolence message of the head of state to the bereaved family.
Speaking to the press during the SDO’s visit, the mother of the victim, narrated how the sad event unfolded.
She said 3 unarmed Amba boys came to their house and ask her daughter to follow them and without any hesitation/resistance, her daughter followed the men towards an area known as Sand Sand quarters.
She added that when they arrived with the victim at Sand Sand quarters, she was tied to a stick but the people at that area (who quickly sensed what was about to happen) told the Amba boys not to kill the lady in that area no matter the kind of offense she has committed.
The mother of the victim further said the boys at Sand Sand quarters would have saved the life of her daughter if they wanted to, because at that time the Amba boys were just 3 and had no weapon.
They hid their machetes before coming to abduct my daughter said the victims mother.
