On Thursday, 11th of February, 2021 at about 2PM, Cameroonian music goddess; Daphne Njie took to her Twitter page to reveal a dream she had the night breaking 11th of February. A dream which has attracted responses from dream interpreters across Cameroon.

She tweeted…

I dreamt about the coming of Christ last night. I remember how unprepared I felt before my phone woke me up.

The tweet attracted comments from many fans with some fans also revealing that they recently had a similar dream which also felt so real… and others offering words of advice to the artist.

Replying a tweet from a fan who said she recently had the same dream, Daphne Njie reiterated that the dream she had about the coming of Christ felt absolutely real.

Felt absolutely real mon Dieu!! she replied.

One of her fans who goes by the name Nfor Rachel cautioned her saying “You need to start singing gospel music and stop exposing your body”.

For those of you who don’t know, Daphne has a fervent Christian background. Her mother is an elder in a Presbyterian church in Buea.

With this recent dream about the coming of Christ (which she said felt absolutely real), many fans strongly believe Daphne might consider giving gospel music a thought…coupled with the fact that Daphne, in several interviews, has indicated she might consider gospel music (including her interview with Clarisse Ndinge of Beta Torpoh).

As a reminder, since April 30th, 2020 (9 months after the release of the track feat Koffi Olimide) Daphne has not release a single and of recent, many diehard fans have been bothering her with questions (on a daily basis) about when she will release her next single. However the artist (who recently got married) has kept fans in suspense.

Is she trying to reshape her music career to suit to her marital status??? As a wife and future mother, many fans don’t expect her to appear scantily clad in her music videos as she is off the market.

Whatever be the case, our ears are still on the ground, we shall bring you more information as the story unfolds.

If you were Daphne, which type music, will you continue composing worldly music after this dream; which felt so real??? Leave your response using the comment box below.
