Alleged Amba boys in Bamenda brutally kills a pretty young lady accused of dating a Cameroon security officer (VIDEO)
On August 3rd, 2020, a heart breaking video surfaced on the social media which shows a pretty young lady (fair in complexion) lying dead in a pool of her own blood.
UK based Cameroonian news blogger and DW Journalist; Mimi Mefo, reported that the pretty young lady, who goes by the name “Treasure” was killed in Bamenda by suspected separatist fighters; who accused her of being a black leg because she was allegedly dating a security officer in Bamenda.
In the gruesome video (which has gone viral on the social media), the unidentified men who allegedly murdered the pretty young lady, could be heard saying that “blacklegs” are not allowed to live in the town and accusing her of being a traitor “blackleg” by allegedly dating a soldier.
As a reminder, there’s another video circulating on the social media which shows the Jovial pretty young lady dancing and twerking to a song by Nigerian Afropop artist; Naira Marley, in a bar with some friends; who could be heard screaming as she exhibits her twerking skill.
Many believe she was killed just moments after the twerking video footage was shot.
Two guys spotted in the video are believed to be murder accomplices who might have masterminded or lured the pretty lady to her murderers (Amba boys in Mezam).
Social media users have launched a manhunt for the two guys spotted with Treasure in the twerking video.
It should be noted that this is not the first time civilians are being brutally murdered in Cameroon’s Anglophone regions for having affiliations with security forces or separatist fighters.
In November,2019, Diane Efon, an 18 yrs old student of a teachers training college in Kumba, was kidnapped and buried alive by unidentified men suspected of having links with the separatist movement as Diane was murdered on the grounds that she was a blackleg owing to the fact that she was dating a military officer working with the Kumba firefighter unit and due to that, her murderers suspected that she was leaking intelligence info to her boy friend. Still in 2019, a lady was killed in Muyuka by late Ambazonia General Obi because she was alledgely dating a Cameroon security officer by name; Charger.
