Why the Catholic Christians Should Stop Praying Via Holy Mary & Stop Worshiping Idols Under the Banner of Honoring Mary

Yesterday (July, 30th,2020) i posed a question to the Catholics, in an attempt to find out the reason why the the Catholics are bent on praying via Holy Mary even though Jesus Christ “himself” said in John 14:6 that “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

The simple questioned which was designed to elicit responses with scriptural backups, instead generated tons of baseless response from the Catholics who couldn’t provide a single scripture in the Bible; where it is stated either directly or indirectly that Christians should channel their prayers to God via Holy Mary.

Some so called Christians even went as far as threatening me because i decided to ask the aforementioned question.

In this post, i am going to give my own opinion about the Catholic Holy Mary fallacy; which has sent so many gullible people to hell.

IS MARY TRULY THE MOTHER OF JESUS CHRIST???

Before delving in to the main matter, i will like to make it clear that MARY (AKA virgin Mary) is not the biological mother of Jesus Christ but a mere surrogate mother and a contracted caretaker of Jesus as well as Joseph to whom virgin Mary was betrothed to.

For those of you who don’t know, Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit. In other words God merely implanted Jesus Christ in the Womb of virgin Mary so that Jesus Christ can come to this world just like every human…read Luke 1:26–37 for more info.

Today, there are surrogate mothers who are paid to bear children for couples who have infertility issues. Kanye West and Kim Kardashian had one of their children via this means.The surrogate mother has been paid off and Kanye West and Wife are taking care of their child.

In my opinion, giving birth to Jesus Christ was a mere assignment given to virgin Mary by God.

It is normal for Christians to be grateful that Mary executed her assignment successful but shouldn’t lay too much emphasis on Mary to the extent of praying to God via Holy Mary and practicing idolatry using the statue of an unknown lady; which the bible strong condemns in Exodus 20:4 saying “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.”

Furthermore, Jesus Christ (in Mark 3:31–35; Matthew 12:46–50; Luke 8:19–21) clearly defined the position of his surrogate mother; Mary and his brothers in the christiandom.

Mark 3:31-35 reads as follows…

31 And his mother and his brothers came, and standing outside they sent to him and called him. 32 And a crowd was sitting around him, and they said to him, “Your mother and your brothers are outside, seeking you.” 33 And he answered them, “Who are my mother and my brothers?” 34 And looking about at those who sat around him, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers! 35 For whoever does the will of God, he is my brother and sister and mother.”

Luke 8:19–21 also reads…

19 Then his mother and his brothers came to him, but they could not reach him because of the crowd. 20 And he was told, “Your mother and your brothers are standing outside, desiring to see you.” 21 But he answered them, “My mother and my brothers are those tho hear the word of God and do it.”

The above verses of the Bible insinuates that Jesus Christ knew that Mary was just like another Human being contracted by God to carry out this special assignment just like John the Baptist was also given the assignment of Baptizing Jesus Christ.

So many Catholics often justify the reason why they prefer to pray via holy Mary saying that in John 2:1-11, Mary succeeded to persuade Jesus Christ to turn water in to wine at a wedding in Cana in Galilee and so she can be a good mediator for prayers. This explains why they are fund of using the phrase HOLY MARY PRAY FOR US…blah blah blah…

Just like many Pentecostal Christians, i am extremely surprised that even though the Catholic Church is practicing a fallacious Christianity dominated by unscriptural practices & inexplicable rituals, 60 percent of Christians in almost every country in the world still attend this religious church.

Judging from the text in Matthew 7:13-14, i can authoritatively say that the Catholic Church is the broad way that leads to destruction and the pentecostal churches represent the narrow way.

Matthew 7:13-14 Reads as followers…

13 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. 14 [a]Because narrow is the gate and [b]difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

Mwalimu Solowayne will continue to pray for the Roman Catholic Christians so that they can come back to their senses.
