Difference Between “CORRECTION” & “JUDGEMENT” in the theological Context Or Why Every Christian Needs Correction

My altercation with the Catholics over the Holy Mary fallacy has made me to realize that many Christians of the popular church still don’t know the difference the term CORRECTION and JUDGEMENT.

Whenever a Christian attempts to reprimand another Christian for a sinful act, it’s very common for him or her get responses like DON,T JUDGE ME, LEAVE JUDGEMENT FOR GOD.

In fact the phrase “DONT JUDGE ME” has become the common phrase which is used by sinners to escape correction and eventually end up in hell.

In this post, i,m going to explain the difference between Correction and Judgement.

In the theological context, the term Correction, refers to an act of reprimanding a fellow Christian for a wrong doing using scriptural backings. For example, if a Christians commits adultery, its right for a fellow Christian to tell him or her that he or she has committed a sin act and provide a scripture as reference. By so doing, you are not judging the Christian but merely correcting the christian to ensure that he or she remains on the right path to heaven.

On the other hand, if a Christian reprimands another Christian without providing any scriptural backing, he or she is indirectly judging the Christian.

For example there’s no scripture in the bible which forbids Christians from smoking. If you are telling a Fellow Christian that he or she will go to hell for smoking without providing a scriptural backing, you are indirectly judging the christian.

In a case where there’s no scriptural backing God will will either intervene to put the Christian to order via personal revelation or via deliverance.

To conclude, every act in the Christendom, must be examined to make sure that it falls inline with the scriptures, if not, the christian (be it a Pope, Prophet, Bishop etc) should be corrected as soon as possible.

Prophesies, selling of spiritual items and other activities in our churches must also be examined to ensure that they fall inline with the scriptures.

Take note, 98% of all unscriptural acts or practices are sinful acts. So we need to be vigilant and read our bible diligently as we are living in the end times full of so many false prophets and entrepreneur men of God; who can even tell you to sell your house and sow a might seed that will open heaven.

I believe this brief explanation has enabled you to understand the difference between the two terminologies.
