After acquiring your UBA Africard, you can then link it to your Paypal Cameroon account.

Hi Hassan, As of now, you can,t pay through Paypal using the money in your MTN mobile money account. You can only pay through Paypal using a credit card linked to your paypal account.
If you don,t have a credit card, you can go to any UBA bank and apply for a prepaid card. It will cost you just 10,000 frs to obtain a prepaid card from UBA. Your UBA Prepaid card will be issued to you that same day.
Once you have obtained a prepaid card, you just need to deposit money in to your card and then link the card to your Paypal account and start shopping online.

Use another phone number. A phone number must be linked to one active premier bet account “only”. You can’t use 1 phone number to create more than 1 account. Your phone number must be unique.
If you haven’t created a Premier bet account before using that phone number, then it means that an existing premier bet user mistakenly used your phone number to create an account.
